Life Without Andy called artist Eugene Yaw Obeng, artistically known asYawdoesitall, the true embodiment of the term "renaissance". Yawdoesitallhas been working as a multi-disciplined creator across music, photography and film for a minute now.
Yaw’s musical style brings together all his creative pursuits with a distinctive flare that bleeds into each body of work, always creating art that is multifaceted, but still uniquely Yaw. Though Yaw’s sound is eclectic and ever evolving, at its heart, it is filled with bright energy, flowery production, and witty lyricism that creates a progressive hip hop fusion sound.
Yaw’s latest feature on ‘SAINTS’ alongside US rap legend Rick Rossf ollows on af ew milestone moments from the Western Sydney MC; making a huge impression on triple J’s Bars Of Steel, receiving his first rotation spot on Triple J for ‘Love Jones’ (2023), a nomination for Best Hiphop/Rap Album at the 2023 AIR awards, making anappearance at last years BIGSOUND festival, and sharing stages with the likes of Redveil (US), Baker Boy, and JK-47.
