1) By attending this venue, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2) You enter the venue at your own risk
3) You are responsible for any damage or loss caused by your acts or omissions (including damage to your property, the property of others, or personal injury to yourself or others and economic and non-economic loss).
4) We are not liable to you for any loss, damage, or liability.
5) We are not liable to you for any claims arising in connection with this venue or the acts of omissions of any person or entity involved in or connected to the venue.
6) You indemnify us and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your attendance at hte venue.
7) You are responsible for your own possessions taken into the venue
8) This venue may be dimly lit, crowded, noisy, and use strobe lighting or flickering lights. You enter this venue accepting these risks
9) You must not engage in dangerous behaviour such as stage diving, crowd surfing, being elevated above another person or picking another person up, running, pushing, fighting, throwing objects, or damaging furniture or other items
10) You must not transmit any visual or audio recording of any event at the venue without authorisation of the artist.
11) If you do not comply with these terms and conditions or you otherwise pose a risk to the safety and enjoyment of others, you may be evicted from the venue.
